Becky Trejo-Upshaw is the Founder and CEO of NG Professional Co. LLC, a premier talent development and entertainment company she established in 2012. Built on faith, passion, and a commitment to helping others succeed, NG Professional Co. LLC has become a respected platform for developing aspiring and professional talent in modeling, dance, acting, fashion, television, film, and live entertainment.

With more than 30 years of experience in the entertainment, fashion, and performing arts industries, Becky has dedicated her career to creating opportunities, mentoring future leaders, and helping individuals transform their passion into purpose. Her expertise spans talent development, fashion production, choreography, event production, and creative direction.

As the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of NExT Magazine™, Becky is committed to showcasing emerging talent, entrepreneurs, artists, designers, and businesses while providing meaningful exposure and industry connections that inspire growth and success.

Becky is also an accomplished Fashion Show Producer, producing professional runway experiences and collaborating with designers, models, photographers, and industry professionals. As the Founder and Creative Director of STYLEZ & DESIGNZ BY MIRANDA, she has helped develop a fashion brand that has been invited to showcase in productions during New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Paris, and London Fashion Week.

Through NG Professional Co. LLC, Becky has mentored countless models, dancers, and performers who have gone on to work with internationally recognized artists, brands, productions, and professional sports organizations, including America’s Got Talent (NBC), Good Morning Texas (ABC), Nike, Cartier, Lady Gaga, Tyra Banks, Debbie Allen, Doja Cat, Daddy Yankee, Nelly, A.B. Quintanilla, and many more.
